Reenchantment Event
Chorlton Arts Festival are hosting another Reenchantment event this year in Longford Park on Saturday 9th May from 2 to 4 pm. It was enjoyed by many last year. Click here for more details.

News from Pets’ Corner
Pets’ Corner will be holding an event on Saturday 13th December from 12-2pm to explain the changes that are going to take place there as a result of the lottery bid and it will be a chance to say goodbye to the animals before they go to their new temporary homes while Pets’ Corner is renovated and improved – thanks to the successful lottery bid. Tree Amigos will be back in Longford Park from 25th November to 18th December.

The Friends of Longford Park (FOLP) strongly oppose housing on Ryebank Fields, a key issue being the visual impact on the Park (which is a Conservation Area). FOLP has commissioned professional visualisations to illustrate this, click on link for more details.
