The upcoming year of work aims to create a better park for all – enhancing facilities, access, biodiversity and resilience.

Visitors will see some activity as the project team begin final preparations and site setup.

Disruption during these works will be kept as minimal as possible, though it will be necessary to close certain areas at times for safety.

Funded with over £3m from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, celebrating and protecting one of Trafford’s oldest and most loved parks is central to this project, and people are encouraged to look out for upcoming activities and opportunities to get involved.
