On Sunday 31st July a health walk was held to celebrate the installation of three new way marked one mile walk routes in the park. The initiative, partly funded by a grant from Trafford Council’s Inclusive Neighbourhood Fund is aimed at making the park more accessible to all sections of society and encouraging people to walk at least a mile a day in green surroundings.
