As part of the programme, the council teamed up with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) to improve and resurface the courts.

All courts and sessions at all sites will be available to book online via the LTA website www.lta.org.uk/play. Pickering Lodge, John Leigh Park, Hale Croft Park, Dayhulme Park, Ashton Park, Stamford Park, Victoria Park, Walton Park and Abbotsfield Park will also available to book online including via the LTA website www.lta.org.uk/play.
