Perfect activity for children and adults.\nMindful Journaling – Bring your journal and spends some meditative time in the park following our nature-based journal prompts.\nNature New Years Resolutions –Take some time to think about how you would like to interact with the landscape around you in this new cycle of the seasons. You can then share your ‘Nature New Years Resolutions’ with us anonymously if you choose.\nChildren’s exploring and mapping activities – Help up record all the new life springing up in the park by investigating closely and sharing your spring findings on our big map.\n\nLots more fun spring activities to be announced!\n
