Just waiting for Amey to advise on the type of wood to use. Walkabout: still waiting for service level agreement. Some work has been done (mud clearance, and self seeding tree removal). Road from Cromwell Road was meant to be patched in March but hasn’t been. No response on damage to marker posts or whether staff have been told marker posts exist. Bowlers club hand rail & ramp – John Stevens knew nothing about it. Original request went in via DS but has somehow got lost. Hopefully JS will now sort. Tennis: Email went out earlier today. Starting work today. Resurfacing this week then about 3 weeks to settle/cure then will be painted (weather permitting). Not sure what is happening with the gate/fence. Trees have been cut back.

(DJ) Manchester CC officers (regulatory services) are going to do a risk assessment to take on board the issues raised by Trafford residents before they look at the land for development. Will keep Trafford officers (regulatory services) updated. Ground surveys were meant to have been taking place. Objectors have been stopping contractors going on the fields. Last time there was a lot of damage to the fields. Also currently bird breeding season (Lexcom have stated there are no nests present).
