DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Simply Cycling!\nYour all ability cycling community\nHave fun, make friends, get fit!\nCome and join us at our friendly all ability cycling sessions in a social environment. Everyone is welcome!\nWe are an All Ability Cycling Charity that offer cycling sessions for all. We have a large fleet of various bikes from hand-bikes to trikes, tandems to wheel-chair accessible. Our aim is to provide a bike for everybody regardless of their needs.\nLongford Park sessions:\nMonday:         Longford 9:00am – 12:00pm\nFriday :            Longford 9:00am –  12:00pm\nSunday:           Longford 1:00pm – 3:00pm\nPlease use the online booking system. \nArrival without booking may result in disappointment if we are full, especially during weekends and school holidays.\nPrice  £3.00 per person for a 45 minute session with each session starting on the hour. The FINAL SESSION starts 1 hour before closing.\nBooking:\nTo book a session use the online booking system\nor\nyou can scan this QR code to take you to the booking site:\n\n\n \nAbout Simply Cycling\nWe are a not-for-profit Charitable organisation with cycling facilities on the athletics tracks at Wythenshawe Park, Longford Park (Trafford)) and Boggart Hole Clough.\nWythenshawe was the first cycling club with a focus on cyclists with a disability to gain British Cycling’s Go-Ride Accreditation.\nOur club was set up in 2004 with encouragement from Manchester City Council’s Leisure Services Disability Development as an inclusive cycling club where disabled people come first.\nIn May 2010 the facility at Longford Park (Trafford) was formed as a direct result of over-subscribed numbers at the Wythenshawe Track.\nThe main focus of our club is to offer cycling to disabled people. We have hundreds of adapted bikes and we are confident that anyone can ride a bike regardless of their ability. We offer sessions throughout the week that are open to the public, catering for cyclists of all abilities.\nOur sessions are about recreational cycling where people can focus on fun and the health benefits of riding bikes. We have several hundred riders with a disability regularly attending Wythenshawe ,Trafford and Boggart Hole Clough every week.\n \nDo You Want to Develop Your Cycling Skills?\nWe also offer group and 1-to-1 rides out from £20 per person- please message Helen for further info or to book. These have proved to be  extremely successful and have meant cyclists have grown in confidence, developed bike handling skills and been able to explore the local area.
